Scheduled for 8 something in the morning because it was an emergency and did not show up. At 4:30 PM I had to contact another professional because the door of the house was without a key. I was attended to immediately. In less than 1 hour everything was resolved. The worst part is that all day I was alone in the hospital because my son was waiting for him (Getulio) and the house could not be left open. Zero for professionalism.
